Return policy

Return of incorrectly ordered goods will only be accepted with a delivery note/billing document. Returns must be registered within 10 days of the delivery note date by calling 0848 81 81 81, otherwise the delivery will be deemed accepted. Subsequently, the reported return must be returned within 30 days of the delivery note date. Returns will no longer be accepted after this period has expired. This warranty applies exclusively to new/unused materials. Opened containers and torn packaging will not be taken back and will not be refunded. A lump sum of CHF 90.00 will be charged for collection by Wetrok. For incorrectly ordered goods, Wetrok reserves the right to pass on the real costs to the client.
